Van She Techs Again

The creative heads of australian 80's-retro band Van She are at work again. I've been waiting for new remixes by their Van She Tech project so long now and finally, here is their new Turbo Fire Engine Mix of Ladyhawke's "Back Of The Van". It totally sets the floor on fire!

Do also check out Van She Tech's Remix of "Maximum Joy" by Shinichi Osawa on their MySpace page. It's amazing, too!

The Aussies have taken action at the moment anyway. Cut Copy have recently kicked out their new album "In Ghost Colours" and The Presets will release their new LP "Apocalypso" on the 12th of April. So what about Van She? Ok, at least they have uploaded the song "Cat & The Eye" already in november 2007 and you can get the song "Danny" since lately. So this let's me hope that their new album will soon complete Modular's triumphal procession 2008. I think we have waited quiet too long now since their 2005 EP, but waiting has been worth while. Just Listen!

We Love The Teenagers

The Teenagers
started 2008 with a huge North America Tour; but they are back now presenting their album Reality Check, which is released today, in Europe (see tourdates). From their first album they already released the single Love No on Merok/XL in three different 7'' versions: red, blue and white. One of them will appear as a remix version of Love No, with remixes by Tepr and Delorean. You can get them below.

1.
A: Love No
B: Trouble

2.
A: Love No (Soko Cover)
B: Tiger

3.
A: Love No (Tepr Remix)
B: Love No (Delorean Remix)

And here is another bonus-remix by the french band Poney Poney:

Love No (Poney Poney Emotion Remix)

Poney Poney have also released a new EP single called Cross The Fader. Does it remind you of something? Right, it sounds like Justice. Just listen to the drums and the guitar and you will get the idea of it. Xavier de Rosnay produced the single and provided it with the typical Justice sound. But it isn't the first time he supports Poney Poney, he also produced the single Junior, which also appears on the Cross The Fader EP through a remix by Chateau Marmont. The EP has been released like The Teenagers' Love No single on the 10th of march on Perspex Recordings.

Justice - DVNO

Justice - DVNO

Unbelievable!!!
Justice kicked out a new video!
After their success for the "D.A.N.C.E" video and many prizes, So-Me has done great work again. Publishing the "DVNO" video probably means, that they will release the single soon, so we should be wondering.
